So how does one produce gas in a sustainable manner?  People have taken advantage of a natural source of this fuel for thousands of years: gobar (cow) dung.  With a simple technology, we refine it for use in a modern stove.
Just down the way, we see the cattle herd that provides the dung.  These cattle are a local indigenous species.  Unlike Jersey cows bred for milk production, these indigenous cows are better because they can forage on the land instead of eating chemicals or grains. In addition, they do not require inoculations and other artificial props.
